Apply a professional blend of time-release granular fertilizer with iron.
Apply a liquid broadleaf weed control to treat broadleaf weeds.

Late Summer Application
July 15 – Sept. 1
Apply a professional blend of time-release granular fertilizer with iron.
Apply a liquid crabgrass and broadleaf weed control to treat crabgrass and broadleaf weeds.

Fall Application
Sept. 1 – Oct. 30
Apply a professional fall blend of granular fertilizer to support root growth and spring green up.

Aerate the lawn using a machine designed to pull out a core approximately 3” in depth.
Aeration is the best way to control soil compaction and keep thatch at appropriate levels.
Aeration also helps nutrients and water reach deeper roots levels through the core openings.
After aeration we will broadcast a custom blend of seed over the lawn.
Seed blends include sun, shade, and sun/shade mixes.
All lawn care companies applying fertilizer to customers properties by law need to have a fertilizer license.
All employees applying weed control to customers properties by law need to have a commercial pesticide applicator license.
QUALITY GUARANTEE: SLC guarantees to perform quality work according to industry standards and reasonable Customer expectations in a professional manner. Every job completed by SLC will have a Quality Assurance Report (QAR) completed by a company representative and left at the customer’s residence. This is the customer’s opportunity to let us know how our service is. If the customer does not agree with our service, the customer should not sign off on the QAR report and contact our office for immediate attention. If the customer does not return the signed QAR report to our office and we have not been contacted by the customer with any concerns within 48 hours after job completion, we will consider the completed job acceptable by the customer and expect payment as stated above.
