About Scott's Lawn Care Inc.
Scott started out mowing lawns in his neighborhood; by the time he graduated from high school Scott’s Lawn Care was a full time business. Scott went on to attended Anoka technical college where he became a Certified Outdoor Power Technician and a Briggs & Stratton Master Certified Technician. Scott also attended Hennepin technical college and received training in turf establishment and management. He became a certified commercial pesticide applicator in 1998.
In 2000 Scott moved to the city of Independence, where he currently resides. Shortly there after he joined the Maple Plain Fire Department and is now an emergency medical technician (EMT) and a lieutenant on the fire dept.
Scott and Jackie were married in 2006 and were blessed with Twins Joe & Lucy in September 2009. Scott’s time is spent between operating the business, spending time with his family, and volunteering at the fire department.
Scott’s Lawn Care, Inc. is a family run business with Jackie helping out in the office and Scott’s father working in the field as a Minnesota Dept. of Agriculture certified commercial applicator.
